Twice monthly service includes water chemistry balance and chemicals needed at the time of service. Additional chemicals may be required depending on the bathing load and are the customer's responsibility to add if needed.
Annual ClearRay UV-C Bulb Replacement
This service is $265 annually including installation if not on our Valet service
Annual Equipment & General Monthly Inspection
Annual comprehensive check to ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Your tech will also do a monthly inspection in your equipment area if there is proper access
Cover & Twice Monthly Filter Inspection & Cleaning
We will hose off your cover and do a regular inspection and cleaning of filters. Get 15% off new filters as needed.

Drain & Cleans Include:
Drain the Hot Tub
Completely drain the water to prepare for thorough cleaning.
Clean the Acrylic Interior, Jets, and Flush All Plumbing Lines
Ensure every part of your hot tub is clean and functioning correctly.
Clean & Condition the Synthetic Cabinet
If accessible, we will clean and condition the exterior cabinet.
Begin to Refill the Hot Tub
Once your hot tub or swim spa is clean, our technician will begin the refill for you. There is an extra labor charge if you would like him to stay until its full. The cost depends on the size of your hot tub or swim spa and how long it will take to fill.
