For just $89 per month, members receive quarterly inspections, annual drain & clean service, UV bulb replacement, priority scheduling, and exclusive savings on parts, chemicals, filters, and covers. Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Imagine ProCare® Hot Tub Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
  • Membership benefits begin immediately upon enrollment. Annual services, including the Drain, Clean & Refill Service and UV Bulb Replacement, are available one time per membership year and will be scheduled by Imagine Backyard Living.
  • If Membership is canceled before completing the initial 12-month term, any included annual services already performed shall immediately become due at their standard retail value. If the annual Drain, Clean & Refill Service and UV Bulb Replacement have been completed, a cancellation fee of $649 will be charged to the payment method on file.
  • Any discounts previously received may also be reversed and charged to the payment method on file.
  • Membership automatically renews month-to-month following the initial 12-month term unless canceled with 30 days written notice.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled spa at the service address on file. If the property is sold, membership benefits may be transferred to the new homeowner. The new homeowner must assume the membership agreement or the membership will be canceled and subject to early cancellation provisions.
  • Parts discounts apply to replacement parts purchased and installed by Imagine Backyard Living technicians.
  • Priority scheduling provides expedited service ahead of non-members but does not guarantee same-day service or emergency response.
  • Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Service is available only within Imagine Backyard Living’s designated service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside standard service zones.
  • Member will ensure animals, pets, etc. are properly secured and will not threaten, attack, or bite technician. Company will not be responsible for animals, pets, etc. that escape the yard or are injured due to being improperly secured by Member. Member will be responsible for any costs related to Company technician injury from an animal or pet.
  • Imagine Backyard Living reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Imagine ProCare® Hot Tub Membership program at any time. Members will receive advance written notice of any changes to pricing, benefits, or program terms. Imagine Backyard Living may also terminate individual memberships for non-payment, misuse of membership benefits, unsafe service conditions, or other violations of membership terms.
